Announcement/Update regarding reopening of BackyardMR2parts

To all our customers,

Early July Dad passed away.  The hits have just keept coming the past two or three years... first my Dad's mom passed away, then his dad last year, and now Dad.  With everything going on with Dad I temporarily closed BackyardMR2parts, but I'm reopening everything effective immediately.  I lowered the price on the white 85 and finished up everything I was going to do to the car, so if you know anyone looking for a nice mk1 that one is available currently.  Thanks for your patience everyone, things have been tough the past three years, but I'm soldiering on and doing alright!  Also I now have started setting up a facebook page at the request of some of my MR2 friends/customers.  Apparently folks are wanting to refer mk1 owners to us for parts needs and I really appreciate that!  I'll do my best to take care of everyone and get caught up as soon as I can! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but family comes first, so I had to shut things down around here for a few weeks to take care of what needed to be done.  Thanks for your understanding right now as we make a big transition here, I'm flying solo aside from my excellent helper/girlfriend and occasional help from some friends when a hand is needed.  Also I've been taking paint/body and estimating classes at SPCC so I've been behind lately even before Dad got this bad off.  Thanks for everyone's prayers and kind words, the family appreciates everyone who prayed for Dad.
