July 4th Meet 2005... last year at Mitch's place and my first MR2 meet!!
I'm not gonna mention every single car here... however the red car in front here is Mitch's v6 swap... one of the earlier v6 swaps in the world!
I'm in the background in this one! Just after putting on the Tenzo R Sinko-R's and the new headlight "projector" type glass lens setup. Probably from the first two to three months of ownership of my 1988 MR2!
Great turnout... like 36 MR2's I think... at least 36 cars... we did have some guests as you'll see further down!
Crowded... that's why we relocated out to Mom and Dad's place, then over here to my place.
Gosh I recognize tons of these cars... can't point them all out or I'll be doing this for hours!
But I do have to point out this beauty... ncturnal's car out of Georgia!
Yet another reason to bring YOUR MR2 to the NC meets... LOTS of pictures get taken and your car will be immortalized on websites and even on video in some cases! :)
My 88 got in that one too... right behind Ed's 93 N/A!
We had a welcome non-Toyota guest... as well a brand spanking new Lotus Elise!
We also had a Toyota big brother show up... mk4 Supra!
I just noticed in this picture you can see the car has a roll cage!
Anyhow, clearly we had quite a few MR2's show that year! Very cool! Get in on the fun, bring yours! :)
